As we began filming RIPPLE in early January 2023, our leading lady, Rae Ripple, met us with open arms.
It was a momentous occasion as Dan, Josh, Jason, and I arrived at Midland, Texas airport, with Rae's beaming smile welcoming us. For Jason and Josh, it was the first time meeting Rae, but for Dan and me, it was a reunion as we had worked with her in a commercial the year before. I still recall the exhilaration I felt as we drove in Rae's truck, heading to Big Springs, where we bounced off ideas for the music to be used in the film. We bonded and discovered so much about one another throughout the filming process, as if we were long-time friends. Jason Haymond captured some stunning behind-the-scenes images that give a small glimpse into the powerful film we created together.
